which I spent all day saturday collecting, building and then riding, albeit very slowly round our cul-de-sac. It's now run in, and ready for some full throttle usage which I'm looking forward to greatly :-D
looks like the top of the timber is warping?

best idea would be to construct the wall sections flat on the floor, brace them then lift into place..
Yes there is a reason - we havent got two ladders yet. The timber is all straight, must just be the camera angle.
