Nothing done in the last couple of days, except we've bought some joist hangers to fix the rest of the 47x100s over those corner windows. And swapped the 2nd brand new sump in as many weeks onto my van. This time I've raised the suspension up, so hopefully I wont have to buy another sump next week!

Had a meeting with the CPDA (Crime Prevention Design Advisor) on site yesterday, he made some very sensible suggestions, one of which I have to discuss with my neighbours as it concerns moving the existing gate forwards. I've also been looking at smart wooden gates with automatic opening systems.
