For Alex - I will take a picture of as much of the building as I can, standing on the garage roof, at the weekend. It's supposed to warm up a bit on Sunday, +6 degrees is forecast! Luxury!
Yesterday I discovered that our application for the next stage payment of our mortgage was NOT posted on the 7th of December but was, in fact, left on the hall table at my parents' house on the 7th of December. No worries, we should still have enough time to receive the money in this tax year, so as to take advantage of our tax free ISA allocation.

In October 2008 we completed the purchase of a plot of land in Cheltenham, on which we are going to build our first house together. This blog will chart our progress on the build, and life in general, as I personally fulfil one of my life's ambitions - to build my own house :)
