Had a phone call just now from Central Networks, giving us the date for our electricity connection work: 9th - 11th of November. So we can now register with a supplier using the MPAN number they gave us, and book them to install a meter. Just hope it doesnt get too cold before then!
Plasterers came this morning to measure up and will be back at lunchtime to fit all of the angle beads this afternoon.
Weather looks ok at this point for potential painting this weekend, although obviously a lot could change in the next few days.

In October 2008 we completed the purchase of a plot of land in Cheltenham, on which we are going to build our first house together. This blog will chart our progress on the build, and life in general, as I personally fulfil one of my life's ambitions - to build my own house :)
