The test portion of stone to which I applied the sealant last night looks no different to the rest of it, so that's ok to use. I bought a trowel for tiling walls aswell (smaller notches) so we can get on with doing some wall tiles in the bathroom tonight. Plumbing test on the handbasin is also complete, so with the exception of the toilet all our plumbing is now complete.
