Despite Griggs promising delivery 'late morning / early afternoon', we did not have our timber yesterday until 4.15pm! Meaning we could do virtually nothing except a bit of gardening for most of the day, wasting the use of my brother's time (he had to leave before the timber even arrived) and almost entirely wasting my parents' time (they had to leave shortly after it arrived)

However, we did sort out the left hand wall which is no longer leaning, and the window which is no longer wonky, and attach one length of wallplate.

So aside from the minor inconvenience of having to come to work today, we're all set for attacking it at the weekend.
