Letter sent to builder giving him 21 days to tell us what he's going to do about the rendering, before we take him to court. Started looking at MCOL, procedure looks fairly non-intimidating. Hopefully it wont come to that though, although it looks like it will.

Central Networks have dug a HUGE hole at the end of our drive, and installed the cables through the ducts that we laid. They're coming back tomorrow to make the joints and fill the hole back in. All going well so far on that front.
